The metal poles of the decorative tower are hoisted and welded using submerged arc welding; Surface treatment: hot-dip galvanizing and spray coating; Wind resistance: 45kg/MH. Surface treatment: acid pickling, phosphating, hot-dip galvanizing, and spray coating. Smooth, sturdy and reliable appearance of welding: equal diameter, conical, variable diameter. Basic structure: Road traffic signal poles and sign poles should be composed of upright poles, connecting flanges, shaping arms, installation flanges, and embedded steel structures. Decorative towers should adopt durable structures composed of materials that can withstand certain mechanical, electrical, and thermal stresses. This material and electrical components should be moisture-proof, non explosive, fire-resistant or flame-retardant products.
All exposed metal surfaces of the decorative tower should be protected with a hot-dip galvanized layer of uniform thickness not less than 55 μ m. The assembly quality of the decoration tower structure should meet the following requirements: the allowable deviation of the decoration tower height is ± 200mm; The allowable deviation for the cross-sectional dimensions of the decorative tower is ± 3mm; The allowable deviation of tower axis displacement after installation of decoration tower is ± 5mm; The vertical allowable deviation of the decorative tower is 1/1000 of the tower height; The size of the decorative tower should be consistent, and the truss tower body should provide good guidance and positioning for the lifting of the light frame. The connecting bolts of steel structures should be simple and uniform, with bolt specifications of M16. The connection should have anti loosening measures and be firm and reliable. All welding seams of the decorated tower should meet the standard requirements, and the surface should be smooth and free of defects such as pores, welding slag, welding defects, and welding leaks. Under high wind load intensity, the displacement of the top of the decorative tower should not be less than 1/200 of the height of the decorative tower
The decorative tower has lightning protection function. The non electrified metal of the lamp is integrated and connected to the grounding wire through the grounding bolt on the housing. The protection level of the decorative tower shell shall not be lower than IP55. The protection level of the decorative tower shall meet the requirements of outdoor use environment. The decoration tower should have a reliable grounding device, and its grounding resistance should be less than 10 ohms. The type and size of the decorative tower foundation should be determined based on the seismic intensity, wind load intensity, geological conditions, and specific requirements proposed by the user at the installation site of the lighthouse. Provide specific installation drawings and necessary construction requirements as required (foundation concrete strength not less than C20; M24 anchor bolts pre embedded at the top of the foundation, bolt exposed height on the foundation not less than 100mm, bolt pre embedded position deviation not greater than ± 2mm; Introduce the location, specifications, etc. of the pre embedded steel pipes for cables. The outdoor control switch box of the decorative tower should be made of stainless steel box, and its surface should be sprayed with plastic. The upright pole adopts a straight seam steel pipe with a diameter of 159 × 6; The connection end (0.2m) between the vertical pole and the horizontal arm is made of a φ 89 × 4.5 straight seam steel pipe, protected by a welded reinforcement plate (δ 10 steel plate).
